Idea #2 - Video p2p over IP

P2P over IP network is the most economical and scalable means for content distribution. The most difficult barrier of P2P is content copyrighting. What are the applications that require distribution of non-copyrighted video? Video phone calls and tele-conferencing. Skype is wildly successful for audio phone calls. A video version of Skype would do just as good.
